As the seasons change, I don't know about you all, but I start out super excited & then hit a plateau. I'm going to help each one of us get through with some fun ideas to remember ourselves during this time of year. Feel free to add to the list of what helps you too!

  1. Practice gratitude
  2. Stop comparing yourself
  3. Be patient with your growth
  4. Carve/paint a pumpkin
  5. Find a new path to hike/walk
  6. Reach out to someone away from home
  7. Collect fallen leaves
  8. Treat yourself to a PSL or some other seasonal drink
  9. Watch your favorite Autumn/Halloween movie
  10. Stay hydrated
  11. Wind down before bedtime
  12. Remember affirmations to carry with you...such as: "My voice matters," "I have time to realize my goals," "I am allowed to rest," "I am proud of myself for coming this far," "I don't need to make everyone happy," "My time & energy are precious."
  13. Go on a fall foliage walk/drive
  14. Create or find a Halloween outfit you have always wanted
  15. Go to the pumpkin patch
  16. Create a playlist of music that reminds you of fall
  17. Find a fall book at the bookstore/library
  18. Make an Autumn inspire dish
  19. Create an Autumn Pinterest board of all your favorite fall things
  20. Do leaf rubbings & hang on the fridge or frame as decor
  21. Take photos of your favorite fall places
  22. Journal about your favorite fall memories
  23. Make or buy a fall decoration you have always wanted
  24. Create a collage or book of your fall memories
  25. Attend a bonfire
  26. Bring out your cool weather pj's out of storage
  27. Paint seasonal kindness rocks to share
  28. Choose a day to unplug & enjoy the weather
  29. Make a soup, crock-pot recipe, or your famous chili
  30. Light candles or the fireplace & just RELAX
  31. Declutter/organize & donate things you no longer need/want to a local center
  32. Bake a fall favorite to share
  33. Take a nap with the snuggliest blanket
  34. Go to the Farmers Market
  35. Create an at-home spa day with fall scents, scrubs, & lotions
  36. Go thrift shopping or antiquing for fun & spooky decor
  37. Try a new recipe & post it
  38. Go on a bike ride
  39. Follow a dance, yoga, or pilates class on YouTube
  40. Knit your own scarf or beanie
  41. Work on a big Autumn puzzle
  42. Mail a postcard with a fall scenery photo on it to someone you love
  43. Take a walk through an apple orchard
  44. Attend a local event
  45. Go camping & stargazing
  46. Get your nails done for the fall
  47. Make a DIY birdfeeder
  48. Start a fall scrapbook
  49. Try a new skincare routine
  50. Do a RAK (Random Act of Kindness)
