It's alway a good time to start a new goal. Goals are the foundation of Life Coaching. Together we would get specific on what's happening right now in your life & where you want to see it go, moving forward. I would assist you in coming up with your goals & strategies on how to achieve what you desire in life. Below is a list to help you get started thinking about what you would like to include, give up, change, or whatever else you need in your life:

Family & Friends

  1. Have dinner with your parents once a week
  2. Give a small present for no special reason
  3. Do a girls/guys night once a month
  4. Create a family fun day on a monthly basis
  5. Help a family member or a friend
  6. Send a card to family & friends around the holidays
  7. Talk more with your kid(s)
  8. Meet new people
  9. Give a family member a genuine compliment

Spirituality

  1. Record your daily gratitude
  2. Make scripture reading a daily habit
  3. Get to know different religions
  4. Pray daily at the time that feels right for you
  5. Try out visualization & the law of attraction
  6. Reserve 15-30 minutes to reflect on your day
  7. Discover & practice a meditation technique that works for you
  8. Define what spirituality means to you
  9. Attend church services more frequently
  10. Explore your own beliefs

Career

  1. Get certified in "X" & specialize in your field
  2. Find a mentor or a person to look up to
  3. Examine the state your career currently is & determine the next steps
  4. Attend an industry-specific conference
  5. Seek out opportunities for professional growth
  6. Apply to a project you're interested in
  7. Learn a new skill
  8. Join an in-person networking group
  9. Complete a course to improve your skills

Environment

  1. Keep your desk clean on a daily basis

  7. Track your achievements weekly & observe & evaluate the progress you make

Romance

  1. Start your own special tradition

  3. Wake up each day with a kiss
  4. Plan a vacation or staycation

Giving or Contribution

  2. Make a habit to hydrate yourself daily
  3. Run a marathon race
  4. Start creating a meal plan & make it a lasting ritual
  5. Lose (maybe even gain?) "X" pounds this year
  6. Consume fresh fruits & vegetables daily to boost your immune system
  7. Focus on positive things in your life
  8. Do a week without sugar
  9. Go to sleep at a proper time
  10. Exercise 3 times per week
